Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once initiated or delivered:
CV writing and LinkedIn profile optimization (if draft has been delivered)
Career consultations or interview coaching sessions (if session has taken place or was missed by the client)
Visa advisory or document assistance (if initial documentation guidance or filing has begun)
AI upskilling or workshops once participant access has been granted
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) for scheduled sessions
Refund Process

Full name and contact information
Service purchased and payment details
Reason for refund request
Any supporting evidence (if applicable)
Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days and notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns. Unjustified chargebacks or disputes filed with your bank or payment provider without notifying us may result in denial of service and legal follow-up.
